* There is no class today for Valentine High School students.

* Driver’s license exams are given in the Boyd County Courthouse at Butte from 9:15 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

* Southwest Conference One-Act Play competition, 10 a.m. at Valentine. Ainsworth is among the teams competing.

* Rock County Senior Center: Exercise class, 11 a.m.

* Library Hours: Ainsworth: 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Rock County: noon until 8 p.m.

* An open house for the newly remodeled Husker Meats facility on Meadville Avenue on the north edge of Ainsworth is scheduled from noon until 5 p.m. The public is welcome to tour the remodeled meat processing plant and enjoy a Chubbie and a beverage.
